Responsible Gambling
Responsible Gambling
At CasinoWithMe, gambling is meant to be entertainment. We want every player to know the tools available to keep it that way, and to make informed decisions about how, and how much, they play.
5 Tips for Gambling Safely
- Set a budget: Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start, and stick to it.
- Know your limits: Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
- Understand the odds: Know how the games you play work, so your expectations stay realistic.
- Recognise the signs: If gambling stops being enjoyable or starts affecting your life, take a break.
- Set time limits: Decide in advance how long you will play, and keep to it.
Understanding the Games
- House edge: Every game has a house edge: over time, a share of everything wagered is kept by the casino. Ours is 1% on the originals, and from 0.57% (blackjack) to 14.36% (the Tie bet in baccarat) on the table games; each game shows its own in its game info. Expect to lose more than you win over time.
- Random outcomes: Results are random and can be checked: every round is provably fair.
- Independent results: Past results never affect future ones. Every hand, spin, roll and draw stands alone.
- No guarantees: No strategy can guarantee a win, and losses are always possible.

1. Introduction
CasinoWithMe is committed to a safe and enjoyable gambling experience for every player. Most people gamble responsibly, but for some it can become a problem. We provide the tools and information on this page to help you stay in control.
If gambling is having a negative effect on your life, take a break, seek support, or use the tools on this page.
2. What Is Problem Gambling?
Problem gambling is when gambling stops being entertainment and starts to harm your finances, relationships, work, studies, or physical or mental health. It can develop gradually and affects people differently, so recognising the signs early matters.
3. Signs of Problem Gambling
You may want to reconsider your gambling if you:
- Spend more money or time gambling than you planned;
- Keep playing to win back what you have lost;
- Feel stressed, anxious, guilty or frustrated about your gambling;
- Borrow money or sell possessions to keep gambling;
- Neglect work, studies, family or friends because of gambling;
- Hide your gambling from people close to you;
- Have money problems caused by gambling;
- Find it hard to stop, even when you want to.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break and consider talking to one of the organisations below.
4. Keeping Gambling Under Control
- Gamble for entertainment, not to make money;
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose;
- Set a budget before you start, and keep to it;
- Limit the time you spend gambling, and take regular breaks;
- Keep a balance between gambling and the rest of your life;
- Avoid gambling when you are stressed, upset or under pressure;
- Never gamble under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects your judgement;
- Never try to win back losses by raising your stakes or playing past your limits.
5. Break In Play
If you want a short break, you can take a Break In Play of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days in the Self-Exclusion tab. During the break you cannot place bets. It cannot be lifted early, by you or by our support team. You can still withdraw your balance.
6. Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gambling is becoming hard to control, we strongly recommend self-exclusion. It excludes you for an indefinite period, of which you must serve a minimum of 6 months, and you can request it in the Self-Exclusion tab.
During an active Self-Exclusion period:
- Access to the account will be restricted.
- Gambling activity will not be permitted.
- Self-Exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum 6-month period expires.
After that, it stays in place until you ask our support team to reopen your account. Please withdraw any remaining balance before you self-exclude: a balance left in the account can only be withdrawn once the account has been reopened.
Self-exclusion is for players who no longer want to gamble, and should be considered carefully. We may also restrict or suspend an account when we have reasonable grounds to believe continued gambling may harm the player.
7. Account Closure
Once the minimum 6 months of a self-exclusion have been served, you can ask our support team to close your account permanently. Requests made before then will not be processed.
8. Underage Gambling
Gambling under age is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher, to register and play. We verify identity before a first deposit, and any account found to belong to someone under age will be suspended or closed.
9. Protecting Minors
Parents and guardians can help keep minors away from gambling sites. We recommend:
- Never leaving a device unattended while signed in;
- Keeping your password private, and not saving it on shared devices;
- Keeping wallets and payment details out of reach of minors;
- Monitoring internet use where appropriate;
- Using parental control and filtering software, such as BetBlocker, Net Nanny, Qustodio or FamiSafe.
We accept no responsibility for third-party software or services.
