Law Enforcement Guide
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This Law Enforcement Guide (the “Guide”) is made available to law enforcement agencies and officials to assist with the discharge of their functions and investigations. TYYA Global N.V., the operator of www.casinowithme.com (“CasinoWithMe”, “we”, “us”, “our”), cooperates with law enforcement efforts globally. Nothing in this Guide is legal advice. Please review it before submitting a request.
1.General Inquiries
General inquiries from law enforcement, government, or regulatory officials may be sent to support@casinowithme.com. All official requests involving the preservation, disclosure, or removal of account information or content must be sent to the same address from an official government email account, and will be acknowledged by email once received.
2.Content Removal Requests
On a case-by-case basis and in our sole discretion, we may process a law enforcement request to remove content that is illegal or otherwise violates our Terms of Service. Such requests must include a valid official return email address, the name and position of the requesting official, a link to the content, and the legal basis for removal. They are forwarded to our trust and safety and legal teams for evaluation and response. Reports from the public are handled under our Complaints policy.
3.Available Account Information
Our data collection, protection, and retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy and AML Policy. The type and scope of information held, and the length of retention, vary with the type of account and the user’s activity. Every user who withdraws from their Wallet, purchases from a Creator, or acts as a Creator has completed identity verification through our third-party provider; other users may hold only an email address and username.
Certain profile content is publicly accessible by viewing the user’s profile: the username, display name, avatar, profile bio, profile URL, linked social media accounts, welcome video, and subscription and content offers with their previews.
Additional non-public account information may be available upon receipt of formal legal process. Depending on the jurisdiction of origin and the records sought, this may take the form of a subpoena, production order, judicial authorization, search warrant, or court order. Non-public account information may include the user’s registration information (such as the email address associated with the account), identity verification records, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, purchases, Subscriptions, tips, Creator Earnings and other transaction records, private messages, and captured user activity, which may include IP address logs and device data.
Users control their profile content and private messages, so that content may be unavailable if the user deleted it before we processed a valid request. Some content cannot be preserved in real time without suspending an account. Account suspension is in our sole discretion.
4.Preservation Requests
In appropriate circumstances, we accept temporary, informal preservation requests from law enforcement where the records are relevant evidence in a legal proceeding or investigation. Such requests must include a valid official return email address, the name and position of the requesting official, the preservation period, the subject matter of the investigation, a description of the information to be preserved and its relation to the investigation, and at least one of the following user identifiers:
- Username
- Profile URL
- Email address
- Legal name
- Residential address
- Telephone number
We cannot process overly broad, vague, or untimely preservation requests. For a preservation period exceeding ninety (90) days, we may require formal legal process. We may agree to extend a preservation period upon request; any extension should be submitted as a separate request.
5.Requests for Non-Public Account Information
Requests for non-public account information will not be granted except in response to appropriate legal process, such as a subpoena, production order, judicial authorization, search warrant, court order, or other valid legal process, or in response to a valid emergency request as described below. The type of legal process required depends on the categories of data requested and applicable law. Such requests must include a valid official return email address, the name and position of the requesting official, the response deadline, the subject matter of the investigation, a description of the information to be disclosed and its relation to the investigation, and at least one of the user identifiers listed above.
We cannot process overly broad or vague requests. We may refuse requests that seek only profile content that is publicly accessible, absent special circumstances.
6.Emergency Requests
In certain emergency situations, determined by us on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion, we may grant a law enforcement request for non-public account information without formal legal process if we are given a good-faith basis to conclude that there is an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to a person. Responses may be limited to the information necessary to prevent that harm. Emergency requests must be marked as such in the subject line and must include a valid official return email address, the name and position of the requesting official, the response deadline, the nature of the emergency, the identity of the person in danger, a description of the harm to be avoided, a description of the information to be disclosed and how it is necessary to avoid the harm, any pertinent posts or messages, and at least one of the user identifiers listed above.
We cannot process overly broad, vague, or routine inquiries as emergency requests.
7.Cost Reimbursement
We may seek reimbursement for costs associated with preservation and information requests as permitted by law.
8.Responses
We strive to process routine requests within fourteen (14) days of receipt, but response times vary with the nature of the request and the current volume of requests. Please avoid submitting multiple follow-up requests, as this may delay the total response time. We provide responsive records in electronic format only, viewable with typical office software, unless otherwise agreed.
9.Records Affidavits and Certifications
A records custodian affidavit or business records certification may be made available, depending on your jurisdiction. If one is required, please include the request with your legal process.
10.Disclosure of Requests
We do not disclose law enforcement requests to users.
11.Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties
We respond promptly to requests issued through a mutual legal assistance treaty (“MLAT”) or letters rogatory, upon proper service. When submitting a request through an MLAT procedure, please make clear that it comes by way of MLAT and name the originating country. In most circumstances an MLAT is not required to process a law enforcement request.
12.English Language
All requests should be in English or accompanied by an official English translation. Requests in other languages may be delayed or refused, in our discretion.
13.No Waiver
Transmission and receipt of correspondence as described above is for convenience only and does not waive any objection, including lack of personal jurisdiction or defective service of process.
