CasinoWithMe is a monetization platform for adult creators that assists in the payment for and provision of access to adult entertainment content (“Content”) that is produced by adult content creators (“Creators”) and licensed to our other users (“Fans”). While all users are required to comply with our Terms of Service, Creators should also follow these Creator Guidelines to ensure that CasinoWithMe remains a safe space for all users. These Creator Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern both the Content uploaded by Creators and the activities of those Creators while interacting with Fans and other Creators or otherwise using CasinoWithMe.

We are committed to encouraging Creator expression and to ensuring that all Content on CasinoWithMe is legal, safe, and enjoyable for Fans. To assist in these efforts, Creators should not upload or share Content that violates these Guidelines.

A breach of these Guidelines may result in removal of the Content, suspension of your account, or closure of your account, as described in our Complaints & Appeals Policy. The following Content is not permitted – whether real, simulated, or implied:

• Minors, including age-play or adult baby/diaper lover toys and costumes.
• Lack of consent, such as sexual assault, kidnapping, hypnosis, intoxication, sleeping/passed-out, up-skirt, violence, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, weapons, or asphyxiation.
• Bestiality, including monstrous humanoids or animal-themed sex toys.
• Torture, such as oversized toys, genital mutilation, or extreme fisting.
• Incest, such as sexual activity between blood or legal relatives.
• Self-harm, including suicidal ideations and cutting.
• Necrophilia, such as corpses and coffins.
• Bodily fluids including scat, urine, lactation, vomit, and blood, but excluding semen, female ejaculation, and saliva.
• Terrorism, or any content or conduct that promotes it.
• Prohibited items, including weapons or controlled substances used in a manner that threatens or may cause harm to yourself or to a third party.
• Hateful conduct, including attacking other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.
• Abuse or harassment, including stalking, doxxing, defaming, or the sharing of non-consensual, fake, or manipulated intimate images or otherwise unauthorised images.
• Violence or harm, including prohibited role play, use of objects in any way that is likely to cause physical or mental harm, lack of express consent, extreme impact, extreme bondage, or suicide.
• Any explicit image of another person without their consent, including an artificially generated image.
• Artificially generated or artificially altered Content of any kind, including Content depicting a person who does not exist. Every person on CasinoWithMe is a real adult who has completed Creator onboarding.
• Any person in explicit Content who has not completed our Creator onboarding process and, where they are not the account holder, either confirmed their consent or been covered by an approved release form, as described in section 2.
• Public nudity, including explicit conduct in a place where the general public is present or where other people are reasonably likely to see, including in a profile photo or cover image.
• Inaccurate information, including misleading descriptions of media or account information.

Nor is any Content which advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits the use of illegal goods or services, including prostitution, human trafficking, and illicit drugs, or any Content or conduct that involves:

• Prohibited cyber activity, including spamming, sharing other people's personal data, linking to external media storage sites, referencing an off-platform site that violates our Terms of Service, or interfering in any way with CasinoWithMe's software, hardware, or network.
• Copying content, including scraping, downloading, sharing, or gathering information from CasinoWithMe or any Creator for any reason.
• In-person meetings, including to facilitate any transaction other than an interaction on CasinoWithMe.
• Prohibited commercial activity, including selling controlled or regulated items, representing that CasinoWithMe has endorsed you or your Content, or infringing a third party's intellectual property rights.

We are committed to ensuring that every individual depicted on CasinoWithMe consents to the production and publication of the Content on CasinoWithMe. To assist in these efforts, we place additional restrictions on Creators who upload Content that depicts one or more third parties (“Content Depicting Third Parties”). Creators who upload Content Depicting Third Parties should ensure that:

• The Content Depicting Third Parties does not violate any third party’s rights.
• Each individual depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties is registered as a Creator on CasinoWithMe, or is covered by a release form approved by us.
• Each Creator depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties is tagged therein, unless they are covered by a release form approved by us.
• Each individual depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties was at least eighteen (18) years of age when such Content was produced.
• Each tagged Creator depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties has confirmed, through the consent request sent to their CasinoWithMe account when they are tagged that they consented to (i) being depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties, and (ii) the Content Depicting Third Parties being publicly distributed on CasinoWithMe.
• Each individual depicted in the Content Depicting Third Parties who is not tagged has signed our release form, through the link the Creator sends them, together with a photo of their passport and a photo of themselves holding it, and we have approved it before the Content is posted. A Creator depicted in the Content may instead sign our release form from their own CasinoWithMe account; once we have approved it, the uploading Creator's tags of them are approved without a consent request. One approved release form covers all Content of that Creator in which that individual appears, until the individual withdraws their consent.

A tagged Creator has forty-eight (48) hours to approve or deny the tag. If any tagged Creator denies the tag, or does not approve it within that time, the Content Depicting Third Parties is removed automatically.

We are committed to ensuring that Fans get the benefit of their bargain. In other words, we want Fans get what they pay for. To assist in these efforts, Creators should ensure that all representations made to Fans in furtherance of licensing Content on CasinoWithMe are lawful, including that such representations are truthful and not misleading. Creators should follow all laws, rules, and guidelines issued by any consumer protection authority that may pertain to rules against deceptive or unfair trade practices. For example, Creators should:

• Provide an accurate description of the Content.
• Adequately disclose if third-party chatters are used to interact with Fans.
• Only remove Content for legitimate business reasons or as otherwise required by law.

We are committed to ensuring that Creators remain safe while producing the Content. To assist in these efforts, Creators should not:

• Upload any Content depicting nudity or sexual activity where any individual is not readily identifiable within the Content, such as where any individual’s face is hidden or obstructed for the entirety of the performance.
• Record Content depicting nudity or sexual activity from any public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to see the Content.

We are also committed to ensuring that all users remain safe while using CasinoWithMe. To assist in these efforts, Creators should not:

• Release the personal information of any other user or third party without that person’s consent.
• Harass, disparage, defame, or otherwise interfere with the business or personal lives of other users, whether on CasinoWithMe, on third-party websites, or offline.
• Solicit or accept payments for travel or in-person meetings.
• Defraud us or our users (e.g., working together with a member or “hacker” to accept payment with stolen funds or payment credentials).

We are also committed to ensuring that Creators provide the digital services that they promise to Fans. To this effect, Creators should not solicit, invite, or encourage users to make payments to Creator using external platforms or payment methods. All transactions related to services provided by you to any Fan through CasinoWithMe should be exclusively made on CasinoWithMe. Similarly, Creators should not utilize CasinoWithMe as a payment mechanism for goods or services that will be delivered, offered, or otherwise fulfilled off-platform.

We may remove the Content of, suspend, or close the account of any Creator who violates, attempts to violate, or assists or permits any person in violating these Creator Guidelines. Creators who are aware of any Content on CasinoWithMe that violates these Creator Guidelines, or of any other Creator who is violating these Creator Guidelines, should fill out our Complaints & Appeals Policy immediately. Please provide as much detail as possible, including a description of the objectionable Content or the location where that Content may be found, the username of the Creator engaging in suspicious activities, the date and time of identification, the reason we should remove the objectionable Content or investigate the activities, and a statement certifying the accuracy of the information provided to us.
