These Giveaway Terms govern the daily Giveaways on CasinoWithMe. They form part of our Terms of Service, and capitalized words have the meaning given there. On any matter concerning a Giveaway, these Giveaway Terms prevail. By taking part in a Giveaway, you accept them.

A Giveaway is a daily race among the Fans who wager in a Creator’s room. The Fan with the highest net winnings during the day wins the Prize: access to a piece or set of that Creator’s Content, at no additional cost. The wagers are real-money wagers under the Terms of Service. Wagering involves risk, and you may lose the money you wager whether or not you win a Prize.

You may take part in a Giveaway if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, hold an account in good standing, are located in a country where CasinoWithMe is available, and are not the Creator whose Giveaway it is. A Creator who follows and wagers in another Creator’s room takes part in that Giveaway as a Fan. A Creator may also wager in their own room; those wagers are governed by the Terms of Service and do not count toward the Creator’s own Giveaway. Our employees, officers, and contractors, and members of their immediate families, may not take part or receive Prizes.

Each Giveaway runs for one day, from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), and a new one starts at 00:00:00 UTC the next day for each participating Creator. Our servers are the official time-keeping device of the Giveaways.

Only wagers that are settled within those hours count. A wager is settled when its result is final: for example, when a hand of blackjack or Casino Hold’em is completed, or when you cash out or lose in Mines or Hilo. A wager that is still in play at 23:59:59 UTC does not count, whatever its result, either towards that Giveaway or towards the next one.

The Prize, the eligible Games, the current leaderboard, and the time remaining are shown in the Creator’s room, which is the Creator’s page on CasinoWithMe.

We, or the Creator, may end a Giveaway early, or cancel it, at any time. Wagers already placed are not affected.

Your profit is your net winnings in the Creator’s room during the Giveaway: the total paid out on the wagers you place in that room, less the total amount of those wagers. Only wagers placed in that room count; wagers in any other Creator’s room count only towards that Creator’s Giveaway. A wager counts once it is settled within the Giveaway Period (Section 2). A losing wager lowers your profit, which may be below zero. Wagers in any cryptocurrency are converted to United States dollars at the exchange rate in effect when the wager is placed, so that all Fans are ranked on the same scale. Wagers that are void, cancelled, or refunded do not count.

Only Fans with a profit above zero are listed on the leaderboard. While your profit is zero or below, you are not listed, and only you can see your profit. If you have enabled ghost mode in your settings, your entry is shown without your name; your profit still counts.

We may correct or remove a profit figure where a wager is voided under the Terms of Service, where these Giveaway Terms have been breached, or where an account is closed.

When the Giveaway ends, the Fan with the highest profit wins. If two or more Fans finish with the same profit, the one who reached it first wins. A Giveaway needs at least five (5) Fans on the leaderboard when it ends, meaning five Fans with a profit above zero; with fewer, no Prize is awarded.

The Prize is delivered automatically: the winner is notified and the Content is added to the winner’s Collection. There is nothing to claim.

A Prize is a licence to view the Content under the Terms of Service. It is not replaced if the Creator later removes the Content.

The same Content may be the Prize again on a later day. Winning Content you already have access to grants nothing further. The Prize announced for a future day may change until that day begins.

If you are a Creator, the Prize in each of your Giveaways is Content you choose. The winner receives access to it without payment, and you receive no Creator Earnings for that access. Fans may still purchase the Content during and after the Giveaway, and those purchases earn Creator Earnings as usual.

Every Fan competes on the same terms: the Games are provably fair and give every Fan the same odds on every wager, and neither we nor the Creator favour any Fan.

You must not use bots, scripts, or automated play, collude with other Fans, use more than one account, exploit a bug or error, or otherwise manipulate a Giveaway. Profit and Prizes obtained in any of these ways are void, and the Terms of Service on violations apply.

While your profit is above zero, the leaderboard shows your username, avatar, and profit to other Fans, unless you have enabled ghost mode. While it is zero or below, you are not listed, and your profit is shown only to you. We may show Giveaway results, including the winner’s username, on CasinoWithMe and in our promotional material.

We may change these Giveaway Terms at any time by updating the date above. Taking part in a Giveaway after a change is your acceptance of it.

We are not liable for a technical failure affecting a Giveaway, for a Prize that cannot be awarded because fewer than five (5) Fans finished with a profit above zero, or because the Content was removed, or for any loss arising from your participation. If your profit figure is lost through our fault, your remedy is its restoration. The Liability section of the Terms of Service applies to the Giveaways.
